摘要
目的:了解邯郸市贫困人群社区卫生服务运行现状,为进一步完善贫困人群社区卫生服务制度提供依据。方法:采用定性研究立意抽样方法,选取邯郸市4区8个社区卫生服务中心进行调查。结果:2009年城区贫困人群对社区卫生服务机构利用率、服务定价满意度较2008年有明显提高。结论:实施针对贫困人群的社区卫生服务运行机制,能提高贫困人口对社会健康保障资源的利用,充分体现社区卫生服务的公平性、可及性和公益性。
Objective To study the status of community health service for the urban destitutes in Handan city, and provide reference for improving community health service system. Methods 8 cases of center for community health service in 4 districts of Handan city were sampled and qualitatively studied. Results There had significantly higher rate of operating community health service institutions for the urban destitutes, and higher rate of satisfaction in 2009 than those in 2008. Conclusion It is necessary to implement community health service system for the urban destitute, which can improve the utilization of health resources for the urban destitute, and embody the equity, accessibility and public welfare of community health services.
