Practice and innovation in architectural design for water resources and hydropower projects

论述了水利水电工程建筑设计的特点。结合工程实例,阐述了水利水电工程建筑设计的必要性。指出了当前水利水电工程建筑设计的困境,提出了摆脱困境的建议:将建筑设计列入水工建筑物设计的重要组成部份,在初步设计审查时,应审查建筑设计方案和概算资金,以保证建筑施工图设计时有充足资金确保建筑设计按批准的方案实施;设计单位要转变只注重主导专业、轻建筑设计的观念;建筑设计方案构思和设计时,应加强与业主的沟通,以便促进优质建筑方案的实施。

We discuss the characteristics and necessities of architectural design in hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering. We point out dilemma of architectural design in hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering and proposed the following countermeasures： taking the architectural design as an important composition of whole hydraulic design, reviewing the architectural design scheme and its estimation in the preliminary design to ensure that the architectural construction can be implemented under the approved scheme with sufficient fund supply in the construction drawing design; changing the traditional concepts that architectural design is less important than hydraulic engineering design; strengthening the communication with project owners to guarantee successful implementation of architectural scheme in the conception and design process of a architecture scheme.
