摘要
四湖流域地处湖北省江汉平原腹地,流域内河湖纵横密布,长湖位于四湖上区,是一座承担防洪、灌溉、生态、航运等多功能的大型湖泊。但随着地区经济快速发展,流域水污染问题日益严峻,为了治理污染,改善水环境,需进一步合理配置流域水资源。针对流域目前存在的问题,在满足生态环境和农业灌溉等多用户需求的情况下,通过联合运用引水和调整优化调度规则等工程与非工程措施,建立了以长湖为中心的水资源配置模型,并求解模型得到合理配置方案。

The Changhu Lake, located in the north area of 4 - lake basin, is a large - scale lake of multi - functions including flood control, irrigation, ecological protection, navigation etc.. With the economic development in the area, water pollution in the basin becomes increasingly serious. Furthermore, the water resources in the area should be allocated reasonably in order to control pollution and improve water environment. In the light of the problems at present, under the condition of meeting ecological water demand and irrigation etc. , through eo - operation of structure measures and non - structure measures such as water diversion, adjusting and optimizing operation rules etc. , the water resources allocation model around the Changhu Lake is set up and the optimized allocation scheme of water resources is obtained.
