摘要
自从有研究发现p53可以直接介导Bax导致线粒体膜通透性改变和细胞凋亡后,p53与线粒体的关系也越来越受到重视。本文主要从p53诱导细胞凋亡的非转录依赖的线粒体途径;p53对线粒体内能量代谢的调控;以及p53对线粒体内的mtDNA稳态、生物发生和活性氧类稳态的调控三大方面进行了综述,以期对线粒体代谢紊乱引起的一些疾病治疗提供些许帮助。
Since one research showed that p53 could change mitochondrial membrane permeability and cause cell apoptosis mediated by bax,the relationship between p53 and mitochondrial has been paid more and more attentions.This paper summarizes on three aspects:non-transcription-dependent mitochondrial pathway of p53-induced apoptosis,regulation and control of p53 on mitochondrial energy metabolism,as well as the regulation of p53 on mtDNA copy number,mitochondrial biogenesis,and ROS steady state.It may help to cure the diseases caused by mitochondrial metabolism dysfunction.
