摘要
目的通过多组结构方程模型分析、探讨大学生HIV检测影响因素在医学生与非医学生间的差异。方法建立大学生HIV检测影响因素基准模型,分别检验模型形态和参数的组间一致性,根据两次检验中拟合优度的变化量Δχ2,判断模型参数在不同组间是否存在差异。结果大学生HIV检测影响因素基准模型表明,AIDS认知水平通过AIDS态度影响参与HIV检测意愿,Δχ2/df=3.71、GFI=0.96、AGFI=0.95。多组分析表明:模型组间形态一致,模型参数组间不一致(Δχ2=72.2,P<0.01)。结论本研究通过多组结构方程模型分析反映了HIV检测影响因素模型在医学生与非医学生间的不同表现,对于在大学生中推广HIV检测具有一定指导意义。
Objective To investigate difference of HIV test influencing factors model between medicine and no-medicine students under multi-group structural equation model.Methods Built basic model of student HIV test influencing model tested invariance of model forms and parameters among groups,respectively.Checked invariance of model in different groups in terms of χ2 change.Results Basic model showed that AIDS perception affected will of HIV test through AIDS attitude.The fit indexes were χ2/df =3.71,GFI=0.96,AGFI=0.95.Multi-group analyze reflected that the parameters between groups were significance(χ2=72.2,P〈0.01).Conclusion We showed different performance of HIV test influencing factors among medicine and no-medicine students.It would be helpful for HIV test widespread.
