福州地区高校教师亚健康影响因素的累积比数模型分析

Study on the Sub-health Status and the Influential Factors of University Teachers in Fuzhou

目的了解福州地区高校教师的亚健康状况并探讨其主要影响因素。方法收集三所大学的教师体检资料并对1158名教师健康和生活习惯进行问卷调查,采用有序多分类logistic回归分析亚健康的影响因素。结果高校教师中健康者占总调查人数的13.2%,亚健康者占54.4%,慢性病患病人数占32.4%。压力、教龄、睡眠时间、体育锻炼、吸烟和性别是影响亚健康的主要因素。结论福建高校教师的健康状况不容乐观,加强体育锻炼、戒烟、规律作息和保持健康心态是保持健康的关键措施。

Objective To study the sub-health status and its main influential factors of university teachers in Fuzhou.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1158 teachers from 3 universities in Fuzhou,and ordinal logistic regression method were used to study the influential factors of Sub-health.Results Among the teachers,13.2% of them were healthy,54.4% of them were in sub-health and the other 32.4% were in illness six influencing factors of sub-health were seniority,working Pressure,hours of sleep,physical exercise,smoking and sex.Conclusion The health condition of university teachers weren＇t optimistic.The key to keep fit oould be doing more exercise,giving up smoking,working and resting regularly and keeping happy mood.
