摘要
探讨焊缝超声相控阵检测探头参数和仪器参数对缺陷检测图像显示的影响,指出相控阵参数的选择应以获得最小声束焦点为目标,其中声束发射窗口和频率是最关键的参数。要进行高质量的相控阵检测,必须掌握相控阵参数选择与缺陷图像显示的相关性。
The effect of selection of phased array probe parameters and instrument parameters on obtained defect image display in weld inspection is discussed, pointing out the aim of parameter selection is to obtain the smallest beam spot size and the aperture and frequency are the key parameters among other factors. In order to have a high quality test, it is necessary to be familiar with the relationship between selection of phased array parameters and defect image display.
