摘要
对立式回转药柜的机械结构、工作原理进行分析,分阶段讨论了储药斗运动不干涉条件,确定了基于运动不干涉条件的链传动优化函数;利用MATLAB寻求储药斗回转半径最小解,最终确定了链传动优化设计参数;对药柜两侧平衡杆导轨进行合理布局以保证储药斗保持水平运行,利用UG和ADAMS建立运动仿真模型,进行储药斗运动仿真,验证了基于储药斗运动不干涉条件的链传动优化设计结果的可行性。该系统已经开发完成,应用于医院门诊药房,运行效果良好。
In an erected circular medicine-chest,mechanical structure and working principles were analyzed,noninterference moving condition of reserving medicine basket was discussed with different phases,optimum function of chain drive based on noninterference moving condition was ascertained and solved by using Matlab,the minimum circular radius of reserving medicine basket and design parameters of chain drive were finally obtained.For keeping reserving medicine basket horizontally running,guides of balance bar were rationally located.The motion simulation model was set up with using UG and ADAMS.Motion simulation was carried out to prove the success of optimum design based on the noninterference moving condition of reserving medicine basket.The whole system development has been completed and applied in the outpatient-service pharmacy.It runs well now.
