改性活性氧化铝的除氟效能及再生方法研究 被引量:21

摘要 对氢氧化钠改性活性氧化铝的除氟效能及活性氧化铝的再生方法进行了研究。结果表明:氢氧化钠改性后的活性氧化铝的饱和吸附量是未改性活性氧化铝的2.3倍;以偏铝酸钠为再生剂对已达饱和吸附状态的活性氧化铝进行再生效果较好。同时研究了偏铝酸钠浓度、再生时间对再生后的活性氧化铝的除氟效能的影响。再生后的改性活性氧化铝的静态饱和吸附量为再生前氢氧化钠改性活性氧化铝的83.44%。动态实验表明氢氧化钠改性氧化铝的有效吸附时间是未改性活性氧化铝的6.4倍,再生后活性氧化铝的吸附效果也较好。 The defluoridation capacity of activated alumina modified with sodium hydroxide and the regeneration of activated alumina have been studied. The result indicates that the saturated adsorption capacity of the activated alumina modified with sodium hydroxide is 2.3 times of that of unmodified activated alumina. Sodium metaaluminate as a regenerant has better regeneration effect on the activated alumina that is saturated and has adsorption capacity. At the same time, the effect of the concentration of sodium metaaluminate and regeneration time on the defluoridation capacity of activated alumina after being regenerated has been studied. The static saturated adsorption capacity of the modified activated alumina after being regenerated is 83.44% of that of modified activated alumina before being regenerated. The dynamic experiments show that the effective adsorption time of modified activated aluminum is 6.4 times of the unmodified activated alumina. The modified activated alumina after being regenerated also has a good adsorption effect.
