早期目标导向治疗带给我们的启示 被引量：12

摘要 在总结前人工作的基础上，2001年Rivers等在新英格兰杂志上发表了具有里程碑意义的文章，创造性地提出早期目标导向治疗（EGDT）的概念。EGDT相继被写入“拯救脓毒症运动”（SSC）2002和2008的指南，并且成为脓毒症集柬化治疗（sepsisbundle）的基石。越来越多的研究表明，EGDT所发挥的效应已经超越Rivers当初的设想。如今，EGDT已不仅仅是急诊室的概念，深入解析由其延伸的基础和临床理论，
