摘要
目的:考察自我同一性在自尊与生涯成熟间的中介作用。方法:采用自我同一性问卷、生涯发展状况量表和自尊量表对400名大学生进行调查。结果:大学生自尊对生涯态度与生涯行动有直接预测作用,也通过自我同一性起间接预测作用。部分中介模型的拟合指数为:χ2/df=2.674(P=0.102),GFI=0.997,CFI=0.993,NFI=0.989,NNFI=0.957,SRMR=0.021,RMSEA=0.065。结论:大学生自我同一性在自尊与生涯成熟间起部分中介作用。
Objective: To explore the mediating role of self-identity in self-esteem and career maturity in college students.Methods: Self-identity of the University Students Questionnaire,Career Development of University Students Scale and Self-Esteem Scale(SES) were administered to 400 college students.Results: College students’ self-esteem could not only predict career attitude and career action by the mediating role of self-identity indirectly,but also directly.The fit indexes of the partial intermediary model were χ2/df=2.674(P=0.102),GFI=0.997,CFI=0.993,NFI=0.989,NNFI= 0.957,SRMR=0.021,RMSEA=0.065.Conclusion: Self-identity is a partial intermediary factor between Self-esteem and Career maturity in college students.
