摘要
采用Huybrechts线性组合算符和Lee-Low-Pines变分法,研究了温度对量子棒中强耦合极化子平均声子数和振动频率的影响。结果表明,量子棒中强耦合极化子的平均声子数N-和振动频率λ随量子棒纵横比e′、温度T的增加而减小,随电子-声子耦合强度α和受限强度Ω∥的增加而增大。温度对平均声子数N-和振动频率λ的影响只是在温度较高(γ<1.0)时较显著,而在温度较低(γ>1.0)下并不显著。
The temperature influences on the mean phonon number and the vibration frequency of the strong-coupling polaron in a quantum rod are studied by using the Huybrechts' linear combination operator and the Lee-Low-Pines variational method in this paper.Our results show that the mean number and the vibration frequency λ decrease with increasing the aspect ratio e′ and temperature T and inecrease with increasing coupling strength α and the confinement strength Ω∥.Only on the condition of high temperature(γ1.0),the temperature influence on the mean phonon number and the vibration frequency λ of the strong-coupling polaron is obvious,but this is not so when γ1.0.
