摘要
分析了一种新型大功率Wilkinson功分器的设计,在传统Wilkinson功分器的基础上,通过对其结构形式和端口间的匹配性进行改进,研制了一个连续波功率可达到200W,频带在300~400 MHz的大功率高隔离度同轴型宽带功分器。实际测试结果与使用HFSS仿真以及优化设计的相关数据参数比较吻合,满足设计指标要求,且各性能参数优于同类产品。
A new type of high-power Wilkinson power divider is introduced.Based on the traditional Wilkinson power divider,its structure and the matching between its ports are improved.A coaxial-based Wilkinson power divider with power of 200W working in 300~400 MHz and high-isolation is developed.The test results are as same as that of HFSS simulation and optimization of the design parameters,and the various performance parameters are superior to that of similar products.
