Urinary incontinence （UI） is one of the five most acknowledged diseases that influence human health. Recently,it has attracted more and more public attentions. Currently, in china, the incidence rate of UI is larger than 40% of the total female population. Because this kind of disease and its therapy is related to some individual privacy, the patients prefer to take some self-help therapy in a safe and private environment. However, the existing medical resource can not supply such a condition. Therefore, we propose a novel portable wireless electrical stimulation therapeutic apparatus for UI. This apparatus not only provides the patients with convenient, safe and efficient therapy, but also avoids the trouble to go the hospital for the therapy and protects the privacy of the patients by using the radio-frequency technique. In the paper, we present the working principles of the apparatus,the selection of the stimulative impulse wave, the wireless communication mode, the system hardware and software design, and etc in detail.
