The regional central cities in inter-provincial regions easily come into the melting place of nationality cultures.Firstly,these regions have unique geographical and cultural advantages.On the other hand,these regions have slow development disadvantages due to the marginalization of geographical location and the local division of administration.In the era of the renaissance of global urban cultures,it is very wise to stimulate and promote all-round development in the regional central urban cities and surrounding areas by promoting the ability of cultural competition.
