摘要
为解决强烈动压影响下沿空留巷巷道加固的技术难题,针对新庄孜煤矿66110工作面运输巷受自身工作面及下方仅10 m距离的66109工作面的采动影响及需要沿空留巷的情况,采用理论分析与现场实践的方法分析其破坏特点及影响因素,结合高预应力强力一次支护理论与最新研制的高强度支护材料,提出了巷道的加固方案,确立了合理的支护参数,并成功应用。研究结果表明:采用强力锚杆锚索联合支护系统后,66110运输巷在受到2个工作面采动影响的情况下,工作面前方巷道两帮移近量为210 mm,顶底板移近量为242 mm,分别比原支护巷道降低80%和69%,工作面后方留巷段两帮移近量为406 mm,顶底板移近量为340 mm,巷道变形得到了有效控制。
In order to solve the technical problems of the gateway reinforcement for the gateway retained along goaf under the influences of the serious dynamic pressure,according to the mining influences of itself coal mining face and No.66109 coal mining face which is 10 m underneath and the requirement of the gateway retained along the goaf for the transportation gateway of No.66110 coal mining face in Xinzhuangzi Mine,the theoretical analysis and the site practical method were applied to analyze the failure features and influence factors.In combination with the high pre-stressed power one support theory and the new developed high strength support material,a gateway reinforcement plan was provided and the rational support parameters were determined.The gateway reinforced plan was successfully applied to the underground mine.The study results showed that after the application of the powerful bolt and anchor combined support system,under two mining faces influences to No.66110 transportation gateway,the convergence of the two sidewalls in the front gateway of the coal mining face was 210 mm and the convergence of the roof and floor was 242 mm,which would be reduced by 80% and 69% than the previous gateway individually.The convergence of the two sidewalls behind the coal mine face of the gateway for the gateway retained along goaf was 406 mm,the convergence of roof and floor was 340 mm and the deformation of the gateway was effectively controlled.
