摘要
在双鸭山东荣二矿综采工作面高支承压力区试验沿空留巷,为分析该沿空留巷巷道的稳定性,采用FLAC3D软件进行了3次数值模拟分析:首先数值模拟求出了17煤残留煤柱形成的底板应力场,得出平均支承压力值为25.2 MPa;进而建立沿空留巷巷道围岩力学模型,模拟分析巷道围岩应力场,得出了充填体支护体片帮原因是垂直压力超限;由此提出了对充填支护体实施预留变形层和锚杆钢带加固等强化支护措施,并模拟分析证实了强化支护后充填支护体的稳定性,经现场工程实践表明采取强化支护措施,沿空留巷巷道稳定性良好。
A gateway retained along goaf was conduced in the high support bearing section of the fully mechanized coal mining face in Dongrong No.2 Mine,Shuangyashan for a trial.In order to analyzed the stability of the gateway retained along the goaf,the FLAC3D software was applied to the three numerical simulation analysis.The numerical simulation was first to calculate the floor stress filed formed by the residual coal pillars in the No.17 seam and have the average support bearing value with 25.2 MPa.A mechanics model of the surrounding rocks for the gateway retained along the goaf was established.The model simulated and analyzed the stress field of the gateway surrounding rocks and had got that the vertical pressure over the limit was the spalling cause of the backfilled support mass.Therefore the measures of the pre-left deformation layer,bolt with steel strip reinforcement and other supports were provided to the backfilled support mass.The simulation and analysis had confirmed the stability of the backfilled support mass after the intensified support.The site project showed that with the application of the intensified support measures,the stability of the gateway retained along the goaf would be good.
