望峰岗煤矿沿空留巷Y型通风无煤柱开采技术 被引量:11

Pillarless Mining Technology with Y Type Ventilation and Gateway Retained Along Goaf in Wangfenggang Mine

摘要 为解决深部高应力、高瓦斯条件下的煤矿生产接替困难,在淮南望峰岗煤矿-720 m水平5121B10工作面回风巷进行无煤柱沿空留巷、Y型通风工业试验,在回风巷内进行锚网索带联合支护,在巷道的采空区侧进行高水速凝材料巷旁充填支护。现场实践表明:无煤柱留巷能使巷道处于支承压力降低区,充填体能有效隔离采空区瓦斯,采用Y型通风能大量减少工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚。从围岩变形来看,留巷侧顶底板比煤体侧顶底板的位移量大22%左右,上帮煤体侧最大位移约占两帮位移的65%,支护体能有效地维护留巷的基本稳定,实现深部矿井安全高效连续开采。 In order to solve the mine production replacement problems under the high stress and high gas conditions in the deep mine,a coal pillarless gateway retained and a Y type ventilation industrial trial were conducted in the air retuning gateway of No.5121B10 coal mining at the-720 m of Huainan Wangfenggang Mine.A combined support with the bolt,steel mesh,anchor and steel strip was conducted in the air returning gateway and the backfill support with the high moisture quick setting material was conducted at the goaf side of the gateway.The site practices showed that the pillarless gateway retained could keep the gateway in a support pressure reduced area,the backfilled mass could be effective to isolate the gas in the goaf and the Y type ventilation applied could highly reduce the gas content in the top corner.From the deformation of the surrounding rocks,the displacement value of the roof and floor at the gateway retained side would be 22% higher than the displacement value of the roof and floor at the seam side.The max displacement at the top coal seam would take 65% of the displacement of the two sides.The support mass could be effective to maintain the basic stability of the gateway retained to have a mine safety and high efficient continuous mining in the deep mine.
