摘要
为实现煤炭资源的就地深加工,朝川煤化工工业园建设在朝川矿一井和二井之间的老采空区上方,结合建设区域的采空区特点,分析了老采空区残余变形的预计方法,对老采空区上方建筑物的稳定性进行了评价,对整个建筑群进行了合理布局。针对建设区域变形特点,探讨了残余变形超限的建筑物抗变形设计的方法并成功应用于实践。监测结果表明,位于老采空区残余变形影响区域的抗变形建筑物保持了稳定,项目建设达到了预期目标。
In order to locally have a deep processing of the coal resources,the Chaochuan Coal Chemical Industrial Park was set up on the place above the goaf between the No.1 Mine and No.2 Mine of Chaochuan Mine.In combination with the goaf features in the construction area,the paper analyzed the preestimation method of the residue deformation in the goaf area,had an evaluation on the stability of the buildings above the goaf and had a rational layout of the total building group.According to the deformation features of the construction area,the anti deformation design method of the buildings with the residue deformation over limit was discussed and was successfully applied to the practices.The monitoring and measuring results showed that the anti deformation buildings located in the residue deformation influence area above the goaf could keep the stability and the project construction had reached the expected target.
