巷道过含水断层破碎带的注浆加固技术 被引量:28

摘要 冀中能源郭二庄矿-300 m南大巷在掘进至3232号导向点时遇到含水断层破碎带,为了解决在该破碎带难以掘进和支护的问题,利用注浆加固技术,选用新研制的高效改性聚亚胺树脂注浆加固材料对该含水断层破碎带进行了注浆加固,实验室内的注浆固结体强度试验表明:高效改性聚亚胺树脂注浆加固材料能够明显提高破碎岩体的力学性能。现场监测结果表明:采用该材料进行注浆加固,能够降低围岩的孔隙率、封闭水源,同时加固了破碎围岩,提高了围岩的整体稳定性,使注浆巷道围岩的变形速度得到有效控制,使南大巷的掘进工作成功通过了含水断层破碎带。 The-300 m south roadway in Guo'er'zhuang Mine of Jizhong Energy met the broken zone of the water bearing fault at No.3232 guidance point during the heading of the roadway.In order to solve the difficult heading and support problems in the broken zone,the grouting technology with the new developed high efficient and modified polyimide resin grouting reinforcement material was applied to grouting reinforcement of the broken zone.The lab strength test of the grouting solids showed that the high efficient and modified polyimide resin grouting reinforcement material could obviously improve the mechanics performances of the broken rocks.The site monitoring and measured results showed that the application of the high efficient and modified polyimide resin grouting material for the grouting reinforcement could reduce the pore rate of the surrounding rocks and seal and close the water resources.Also the grouting material could reinforce the broken surrounding rocks and improve the completed stability of the surrounding rocks.The deformation rate of the grouted surrounding rocks of the roadway was effectively controlled and the heading operation of the south roadway was successfully passing through the broken zone of the water bearing fault.
