摘要
为了解决矿井深部采区因煤层松软、透气性差、瓦斯压力大、煤与瓦斯突出危险加剧从而制约采掘工作面单产单进和矿井接替的问题,根据对八矿煤层赋存条件和瓦斯涌出规律的分析,提出了采用在底板抽放巷布置穿层钻孔,在回风巷和运输巷布置顺层钻孔的瓦斯治理方案进行区域治理。应用结果表明:该法不仅可以有效消除煤层突出危险性、降低煤层瓦斯含量和压力、大幅提高采掘进度,且使月进尺由35 m提高到了50 m,月单产提高了10%,缓解了采掘接替紧张局面,同时在采掘工作面投产前区域预抽效果检验中从未出现校检指标超限现象,确保了矿井安全生产。
In order to solve the production of the mine gateway driving face and coal mining face and the mine replacement issue restricted by the seam soft,permeability poor,high gas pressure,coal and gas outburst dangers in the deep mining area,according to the analysis on the seam deposit conditions and the gas emission law in No.8 Mine,the gas control plan with the floor gas drainage gateway layout with boreholes through the strata and the air return gateway and transportation gateway layout with boreholes along seam was provided for the regional gas control.The application results showed that the gas control method would not only be effective to eliminate the seam outburst danger,to reduce the seam gas content and pressure,to highly improve the mining and excavation rate,but also improve the month advancing rate from 35 m to 50 m,improve the face production by 10%,and release the tension of the mining and excavation replacement.Meanwhile there was no gas content over limit occurred in the gas pre-drainage inspections for the mining and excavation face before the face was put into production and the mine safety production was ensured.
