摘要
结合煤矿井下特定的工况条件及对锚杆支护的不同要求,探索在多型国产煤巷掘进机上实现掘进及锚杆支护一体化。在煤巷掘进机上加装液压锚杆钻臂系统,通过机载液压锚杆钻机对掘进工作面进行安全、及时、快速支护。经实际应用表明:加装液压钻臂系统的方案灵活多样;巷道整体的掘进速度和安全性得到有效提高,掘进工效由0.4 m/工提高到1.2 m/工;对大断面煤巷围岩的支护效果改善显著,比传统支护方式减少空顶时间30 min以上。煤巷掘进机加装液压钻臂系统实现掘锚一体化技术是提高煤巷快速掘进的一条新的有效途径。
In combination with the special performances in the underground mine and the different requirements of the bolt support,the paper had a search on several domestic seam gateway driving machines in order to have a mechanized excavation and support integration.A hydraulic bolt drilling boom could be installed on the seam gateway driving machine.With the hydraulic drilling boom,the seam gateway driving machine could be safe,on time and rapid to support the seam gateway driving face.The practical applications showed that the plan to install the hydraulic boom could be flexible.The completed driving rate and safety of the gateway was effectively improved.The driving efficiency was improved from 0.4 m per man to 1.2 m per man.The support effect of the large cross section seam gateway was obvious and the roof no support time was reduced by 30 min than the conventional support way.The seam gateway driving machine with hydraulic drilling boom to have an excavation and bolting integration technology would be an effective access to improve the rapid driving of the seam gateway.
