摘要
为了实现煤矿大功率传动装置的节能改造和软启动,并进一步改善煤矿井下所需要的三电平逆变器的性能。在传统两电平PWM技术的研究经验、现有数字化空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的原理及实现方法的基础上,提出了用矢量旋转的方式将三电平SVPWM转换成两电平SVPWM的控制策略。在进行详细理论分析的基础上,通过MATLAB仿真和实际电路的制作和调试,分析有关波形可知:上述控制策略不仅可以简化控制器设计的原理和实现方法,而且使样机具有对器件耐压要求低、输出谐波含量低和控制性能好的优点,从而大幅改善了煤矿井下三电平逆变器的性能。
In order to have the energy saving rebuilding and soft start of the mine large driving device and to further improve the performances of the three level inverter required for the underground mine,based on the study experiences of the conventional two level PWM technology and based on the principle and implement method of the available digitalized space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM),the paper provided the control strategy with vector rotary method applied to convert the three level SVPWM into two level SVPWM.Based on the detail theoretical analysis conducted,with the MATLAB simulation and the actual circuit preparation and test,the analysis on the related wave formation showed that the above strategy not only could simplify the principle and implement method of the controller design,but also the prototype would have low pressure resistance requirement,low output harmonic content and good control performance.Therefore,the performance of the three level inverter in the underground mine could be highly improved.
