摘要
为了确定弯外管螺杆钻具在煤矿井下近水平定向钻进的效果,在对φ73 mm弯外管螺杆钻具的结构特征和现场试验的基本状况进行分析的基础上,通过对试验数据归纳研究,得出弯外管螺杆钻具近水平定向钻进轨迹为一条不规则的螺旋曲线、在煤层轨迹变化比顶板岩层快、钻孔降斜趋势比增斜趋势明显、反扭矩力导致工具面向角有左偏趋势、复合钻进钻孔轨迹下斜较快等定向效果,为煤矿井下定向钻进使用和选配螺杆钻具提供参考依据。
In order to determine the horizontal directional drilling effect of the bent outer pipe screw drilling tools in underground mine,Based on the analysis on the structure features of the 73 mm bent outer pipe screw drilling tools and the site trial basic conditions,with the induction and study on the test data,the horizontal directional drilling trace of the bent outer pipe screw drilling tools obtained a abnormal spiral curve.The trace variation in the seam would be faster than in roof strata.The inclination reduced tendency of the borehole would be more obvious than the inclination increased tendency.The reverse torque would cause the tool facing angle in a left tendency.The trace of the complex drilling borehole would have a fast down inclination and other directional effect,which could provide the reference basis for the screw drilling tools applied and selected for the mine underground directional drilling.
