摘要
利用热惰性气体在不同温度下对神华不黏煤进行加热处理,并将其按3%,5%,8%的比例替换部分气煤进行配煤炼焦试验。结果表明:在配入同一比例神华不黏煤的情况下,所得焦炭反应性(CRI)随其处理温度的升高呈现出先降低后增大的趋势,在400℃时达到最低,对应的神华不黏煤添加量为3%,5%,8%时,焦炭反应性分别为43.20%,45.95%,48.48%,但焦炭的显微强度(MSI)差别不大;当增加肥煤配比后,随着添加的神华不黏煤处理温度的升高,焦炭反应性呈现下降、反应后强度(CSR)和焦炭显微强度呈现出增大的趋势,且适当调整焦肥煤比例后,可在保证焦炭质量不变的前提下使加热处理后的神华不黏煤的配入比例达到8%以上。
The hot inert gas was applied to the pre-heating processing of Shenhua non-caking coal under different temperatures.The blended coal coking test was conducted with 3%,5% and 8% gas coal for the replacement.The results showed that under the same percentage Shenhua non-caking coal,the coke reactivity index obtained would be in a first decreasing and late increasing tendency with the processing temperature increased.When at 400 ℃,the coke reactivity index would be at minimum.The coke reactivity index would be 43.2%,45.95% and 48.48% individually when the dosage of shenhua non-caking coal was 3%,5% and 8%.But the micro strength index of the coke would have a big different.When the fat coal blended rate increased,with the processing temperature of Shenhua non-caking coal increased,the coke reactivity index would be decreased.The coke strength after reaction and coke micro strength index would have a increasing tendency.After the fat coal percentage suitable adjusted,on the premise of ensuring the coke quality unchanged,the blended ratio of the Shenhua non-caking coal after heating processing could reach to over 8%.
