信息化时代金融隐私权保护制度探究——兼议我国反洗钱法律制度保护金融隐私权的不足

本文立足于信息化时代背景,从金融隐私权的基本概念着手,通过对金融隐私权保护所面临的保护措施落后、个人金融信息共享矛盾、反洗钱法律制度的不足等问题进行分析,提出健全我国金融隐私权保护制度的立法构想。

Based on the background of information age,proceeding from the basic concepts of financial privacy,the article analyzes the problems of financial privacy protection,then proposes the ideas on how to construct the financial privacy legislation in China.
