"三农"贷款难、担保难,是全国性老大难问题、热点问题。人行六盘水市中支通过在水城县滥坝镇双水村组建农村合作担保组织,探索破解"三农"贷款担保难题,取得明显成效。本文就此农村合作担保组织的组建、运行模式、效果及存在问题、解决对策等进行介绍和探讨。

Difficulties of agriculture loans and guarantees are hot spots of society.Through detailed survey of rural security cooperative,we sort out the agriculture loan guarantee problems and achieve remarkable results.This paper introduces and discusses on the establishment,operation mode,effects,problems and suggestions for solution of rural security cooperative.
