摘要
对石油焦与油页岩混合燃料的着火特性进行了试验。在流化床(CFB)中对2号混合燃料(油页岩与石油焦质量比3∶7)采用床下油枪点火,在冷态条件下,当底部床层温度增加到420℃左右时,少量燃料颗粒着火燃烧;待床层温度升到650℃时逐渐减少投油量,可使试验燃料顺利着火并稳定燃烧。当油页岩与石油焦的质量比为3∶7时,混合燃料的着火特性完全满足流化床运行要求;燃料挥发分含量是其着火温度的主要影响因素,除1号混合燃料外,其他4种混合燃料挥发分均大于茂名石化CFB锅炉设计烟煤的挥发分,2号混合燃料着火特性优于该CFB锅炉设计烟煤。
The igniting behaviors of the mixed fuels of petroleum coke and oil shale were tested.The mixed fuel No.2(mass ratio of oil shale to petroleum coke is 3∶7) was ignited by an oil gun under the circulating fluidized bed(CFB).Under cold conditions,a small amount of fuel particles are ignited and burned when the bottom temperature rises to about 420 ℃.After the bed temperature reaches 650 ℃,the oil injection is gradually reduced,and the test fuel can be easily ignited and steadily burned.The study shows that the igniting behavior of the mixture of oil shale and petroleum coke at a ratio of 3∶7 can fully satisfy the operating requirements of CFB boilers.The content of volatile compontents is the key factor affecting the igniting temperature.Except for the mixed fuel No.1,the volatile components of other 4 mixed fuels are more than that of the designed fuel for MPCC′s CFB boilers.The mixed fuel No.2 shows better igniting behavior than the design fuel for the CFB boilers.
