Synthesis of C-Galactosyl Monoacylglycerol Analogs

摘要 以五乙酰基保护的D-半乳糖为初始物,经立体选择性烯丙基化、碱性高锰酸钾氧化、选择性酯化及水合肼脱保护,以简便有效的方法,合成了一类新型碳苷半乳糖甘油单脂天然产物类似物——1-O-酰基-2-羟基-3-α-D-吡喃半乳糖基丙脂。 Novel and stable natural product analogs of monogalactosyl monoacylglycerol(MGMG),1-O-acyl-2-hydroxy-3-α-D-galactopyranosyl propanediols,were efficiently synthesized by new routes and stereoselective allylation of acetyl protected D-galactose donor penta-acetate,followed by oxidation using alkaline KMnO_4,selective esterification and deprotection using hydrazine.
