New index for frequency quality evaluation in power systems

摘要 首先分析了频率合格率指标与频率分布指标的特点,在此基础上采用频域分析发展了频率波动指标以反映系统频率波动的频繁程度。利用数理统计方法研究了频率波动指标与频率分布指标之间的近似函数关系,分析了二者的最优值和理想控制区间,可以为更准确地评价频率质量和制定更合理的频率控制策略提供新的途径。 The characteristics of the frequency qualification rate index and frequency distribution index were first analyzed,and then,an index used to evaluate the frequency fluctuation was presented based on the frequency-domain analysis.By employing the well-developed mathematical statistics method,an approximate function relationship between the frequency fluctuation index developed in this work and the existing frequency distribution index was developed.Based on the function such obtained,the optimal values and the appropriate zones of these two indexes can be determined for evaluating the frequency quality and establishing the frequency control strategy more reasonably.
