摘要
以沙棘枝干为试验试材,在热解终点温度分别为450℃、600℃和750℃,平均升温速率为150℃/h的热解条件下,对沙棘枝干进行热解处理,并对产物沙棘炭和沙棘煤气进行了测定和分析。研究结果表明:在选定的试验条件下,沙棘炭的得率和沙棘煤气的产量的平均值分别为28.34%、157.45 L/g,且随着热解温度的升高,沙棘炭的得率呈下降趋势,而沙棘煤气的产量呈上升趋势。通过对所得试验数据的回归分析,得出了实际生产中获得最大效益的温度条件。
This paper takes the hippophae branches as experimental materials,under these conditions that the ultimate temperatures respectively are 450℃,600℃ and 750℃,the average heating rate is 150℃/h,carries on the pyrolyzing,then the hippophae carbon and hippophae gas were analyzed.The results show that: under the designated experimental conditions that along with pyrolysis temperature's elevation,the hippophae carbon assumes the trend of decreasing,but the hippophae gas assumes the trend of escalation,and the average rate of hippophae carbon and hippophae gas respectively are 28.34%、157.45 L/g.Finally,based on regression analysis of the data,the relationship between the temperature and efficiency was received.
