摘要
目前国内工程施工和工业生产中安全问题十分严峻,事故频发,在运行的500 kV变电站实施大型电力变压器搬迁工程时,由于施工现场大型施工机具多、场地狭小,特别是施工临近带电体,空间电磁场环境恶劣,安全问题更为突出。为了保证搬迁过程中变电站安全运行,并保证被搬迁的变压器易地重新使用,在搬迁工程中工程监理采用了危险源辩识,超常的技术措施,预控方案和有效管理办法,工程实践表明,实现了预期目标,取得了很好的效果。
Recently,in nativeland,the safety problem in engineering costruction and industrial production are seriously,accidents are freguently happened.The removal of large transformer of underoperation 500kV substation,because of large amount of construction machine,narrow site,more working condition complexity,especially the removal operation is always under strong electro-magnetic field,the safety problem is more protuding.In order to guarantee working substation operation safety and make removed transformer reusable,during the process,the danger source identification supernormal technical means and precontrol scheme were intoduced.Practice indicats that expect target is achieved and the removal safety is obtained.
