Forecasting of Airflow Temperature in Heading Face Based on Fluent Simulation

摘要 基于Fluent软件模拟掘进工作面压入式通风的热湿交换过程,从理论上揭示工作面风流温度的分布和变化规律,阐明围岩散热和掘进设备散热与风流运行的关系。模拟结果与理论相符,为建立掘进工作面的风流热环境的预测方法奠定重要基础。 The heat and moisture exchange process of the heading face blowing ventilation was simulated based on Fluent software.The distributing and change regularity of the working face airflow temperature was revealed theoretically.The relationship between the thermal dissipation of the wall rock and excavating equipment and the airflow running was elucidated.The results of the simulation conformed to the theory.It laid the foundation to establish the forecasting method of the heading face airflow thermal environment.
