摘要
研究开发了一种新的三柱单阀单检测器通用型永久性气体分析系统。该系统由两根直热式填充毛细管分析柱(5A分子筛及碳分子筛)、一根填充型预柱、一个十通阀和一个热导检测器组成,可用于任何气体样品中O2、N2、CO、CO2和CH4的定量分析,单次分析周期小于8min,最大相对标准偏差小于6%。
The paper describes a new GC system and its application for the analysis of the permanent gases. The system consists of two direct heating packed glass capillary columns (packed with 5A or CMS), a packed pre column (packed with Porapak Q), a ten port valve and a thermal conductivity detector. The new system can be used in analysis of O 2、N 2、CO、CO 2 and CH 4 in any gaseous samples quantitatively. The analysis period for a single run is less than 8 minutes and the maximum relative standard deviation is better than 6%. Compared to the other systems and methods, the new system has several excellent characteristics as follows: ① it is simple, reliable and low costs (both price and power). ② no big column oven used in normal GC is needed because the column temperature is controlled by the heating wire in each column. ③ it has a wide application area and can be used to analyses the permanent gas in any gaseouss samples. ④ its suitability and flexibility make it easy to match with other instruments as a part to produce special analyzer. ⑤ excellent baseline separation offers a satisfied quantitative precision, and the pre column backflush technique removs the contaminants from the heavy components in samples, therefore, a long working period is possible. ⑥ The columns can be in situ conditioned because the column temperature is controlled separately.
