摘要
目的观察君山区西闸中层引水方法防止钉螺和血吸虫尾蚴经灌溉涵闸向垸内扩散的效果。方法收集2001-2006年的螺情、病情资料;2007-2008年每年春季进行垸内、垸外螺情调查;秋季对居民先用IHA方法筛查,阳性者以Kato-Katz法(1粪3检)进行病原学检查。结果西闸外洲长江洲滩活螺和感染性钉螺密度历年均较高,工程建设前后无明显变化;涵闸改造后垸内有螺面积及钉螺密度大幅度下降,2008年已查不到钉螺,居民血吸虫感染率明显下降。结论西闸中层引水工程可有效防止钉螺及尾蚴向垸内扩散。
Objective To evaluate the effect of modifying irrigation culverts and sluices and diverting intermediate water on the proliferation of Oncomelania hupensis snails and schistosome cercariae.Methods The data of snail status and infection rates of residents in Changjiang Village,Junshan City were collected from 2001 to 2006,and the endemic situations,including snail status and infection rates of residents,were surveyed in 2007 and 2008.Results The densities of living snails and infected snails outside the embankment remained at a high level for years,and there were no obvious changes before and after the project,while the snail area,density of living snails and infection rate of residents inside the embankment were significantly decreased after the project.Conclusion The project of diverting intermediate water to Xizha can control snails and schistosome cercariae effectively.
