摘要
目的研究全球气候变暖对中国大陆钉螺分布的潜在影响,探讨影响云南滇川亚种钉螺适生性的生态因子之一的越夏致死高温。方法对采自云南山区的滇川亚种云南地理株钉螺,采用实验室模拟自然环境逐步改变温度的方法 ,测定钉螺的越夏致死高温。结果干燥和潮湿环境中的钉螺的半数致死高温(LT50)分别为40.041℃(95%可信区间为39.424~40.680℃)和41.230℃(95%可信区间为40.430~42.190℃)。36℃以上高温(X)和钉螺死亡率(Y)间分别可拟合logistic曲线的Y=101/(1+e42.274-1.064X)(F=116.422,P<0.01)和Y潮=101/(1+e39.926-0.978X)(F=65.125,P<0.01)。结论处于干燥环境中的钉螺比在潮湿环境中,对极限高温的耐受性更弱些。
Objective To explore the lethal hyperthermy temperature of Oncomelania hupensis robertsoni yunnan strain in summer,an important ecology index,so as to understand the potential impact of global warming on the distribution of O.hupensis snails in China's Mainland.Methods O.hupensis robertsoni yunnan strain snails were collected from the hill regions in Yunnan Province and the lethal hyperthermy temperature was examined by increasing the temperature gradually in laboratory.Results The lethal hyperthermy temperatures of 50% of O.hupensis robertsoni yunnan strain snails in dry and wet environment were 40.041 ℃(95% CI:39.424-40.680 ℃)and 41.230 ℃(95% CI:40.430-42.190 ℃),respectively.The logistic regression equations between temperature and mortality were d=101/(1+e42.274-1.064X)(F=116.422,P0.01)and w=101/(1+ e39.926-0.978X)(F=65.125,P0.01).Conclusion The O.hupensis robertsoni yunnan strain snails can defense higher temperature in wet environment than in dry environment.
