摘要
员工流失已经成为肉制品企业发展的一大瓶颈,成为企业发展的阻碍。肉制品企业员工流失的原因主要有:企业不合理的薪酬、福利体系;不完善的社会福利和社会保障制度;企业缺乏科学、合理、有效的管理机制;企业文化建设不力等。针对这些原因进一步提出了相应的控制对策。
Staff turnover has become a major bottleneck and hinders the development of meat processing enterprises.The main reasons for staff turnover in the meat processing enterprises analyzed in this paper were:unreasonable enterprise salary and benefits system;imperfect social welfare and social security systems;short of scientific,rational and effective management mechanisms;poor enterprise culture and so on.Aiming at these reasons,the corresponding control measures were further put forward.
