在非水介质中辣根过氧化物酶可以催化酚及芳香胺化合物聚合,脂肪酶和蛋白酶可以催化聚酯的合成。由于这些聚合物具有许多特殊性质,在导电、光学、生物降解、手性吸附剂等方面具有极大的应用潜力。
In nonaqueous solutions, horseradish peroxidase(HRP) can catalyze the polymerization of phenols and aromatic amines. Lipases and proteases can also catalyze polyester synthesis. Because the enzymatic polymers have many important characteristics, potential applications include organic conductor, poto - and electric - luminescence, biodegradability, chiral adsorbents and liquid crystals.
