摘要
为获得高气敏性能的新型材料,利用热蒸发方法,首次成功制备了ZnO/Zn2.33Sb0.67O4一维纳米异质结构。通过XRD、SEM、TEM对其微观结构进行表征,研究退火温度、药品用量及生长时间对产物的影响。结果表明:与ZnO纳米纤维相比,ZnO/Zn2.33Sb0.67O4异质结构对乙醇气体表现出增强特性。合成的纳米异质结构在气敏传感器方面具有巨大潜力。
Aimed at getting novel material of higher gas sensing properties,this paper introduces the successful pioneering synthesis of one-dimensional ZnO/Zn2.33Sb0.67O4 nanoheterostructures by a simple thermal evaporation method.The paper discusses both the investigation into microstructures of the nanocomposites by XRD,SEM and TEM examinations and study on the effects of the annealing temperature,amount of the source materials,and aging time on the products.The as-synthesized nanocomposites exhibit enhanced ethanol sensing properties,compared with ZnO nanofibers.Results demonstrate that the nanoheterostructured material has great potentials for in gas sensors.
