摘要
聚碳酸酯已成为国际上发展最快的新材料之一,国内需求也与日俱增.本文归纳了国内外聚碳酸酯生产、技术现状及发展情况,推荐采用非光气法熔融工艺:以甲醇和一氧化碳为主要原料,用液相氧化羰基法制得的碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与醋酸苯酯交换得碳酸二苯酯,再与双酚A酯交换后缩聚制得聚碳酸酯.
Polycarbonate is one of the new materials with the quickest development abroad, and its demand at home is on the increase. Through summing up its status quo of production and technology as well as its development at home and abroad, the non - phosgen route with fusion process has been recommended by the author. That is a route of taking methanol and carbon monoxide as main raw material to produce dimethyl carbonate (DMC) through liquid phase oxy -carbonyl method, then to get diphenyl carbonate through ester exchange with phenyl acetate, and then through ester exchange again with ester of bisphenol A and polycondensation to get the final product, polycarbonate.
