超细粉体分级器对重质碳酸钙的分级研究 被引量:2

摘要 将新型分级器用于处理二种不同粒度组成的微细重质碳酸钙,考察了一次风、二次风等操作参数对分级产品粒度分布、产率及提取率等的影响。对于粒度分布为0~30μm的重质碳酸钙,其微粉产品的中位径d50可控制在0.71μm以下,0~5μm范围微粉的提取率可达73.3%。粒度分布为0~55μm的重质碳酸钙,其微粉产品的中位径d50可控制在1.15μm以下,0~5μm范围微粉的提取率可达92%。该分级设备具有简单、易于操作和维护等优点。 A new superfine powder air classifier was used for two kinds of heavy calcium carbonate.The influences of the operation parameters,such as the first air flow and the second air flow and so on,on the size distribution,the classification yield and the collecting ratio were studied.For the heavy calcium carbonate samples with size distribution from 0 μm to 30 μm and 0 μm to 55 μm ,the final superfine powder products,with the cut size d 50 less than 0 71 μm and 1 15 μm,and the collecting ratio(for 0~5 μm)73 3% and 92% can be got respectively.The classifier is simple in structure,and easy inoperation and maintenance.
