在化学镀Ni-P合金的基础上,添加钨酸盐获得Ni-W-P镀层.研究了各工艺参数对镀层成分、镀层性能的影响.并利用X射线衍射分析了热处理对镀层结构和性能的影响.

Based on the electroless Ni-P alloy, Ni-W-P alloy is obtained by adding tungstate. The effects of process variable on the compositions and performance of plating are studied. The effects of heat treatment on the structure and performance of plating are analyzed by using X-Ray Diffraction.
