纯铁经十八烷基胺处理后耐蚀性显著提高.样品在气相中的成膜效果优于液相;液相温度在220℃左右成膜效果最佳;成膜效果随十八烷基胺浓度的增加而上升,但是当十八烷基胺浓度超过25mg/L左右,成膜效果反而下降;实验室显示,在有锈垢的电厂运行管上,ODA也有较好的成膜效果;俄歇电子能谱测量表明,十八烷基胺处理的铁表面层结构为:十八胺浓度较低时:铁|氧化铁层|含氧化铁的十八烷基胺层;
The anti-corrosion performance whem of iron is greatly improved after ODA treatment. The samples have better performance when treated in steam than in liquid; and the optimum temperature is around 220℃. It is shown that with increasing ODA concentration the electrode impedance rises first, then goes down. The highest impedance is at ca. 25mg/L of ODA concentration. The ODA treatment is also effective for the used-tube having rest scale on the surface. It is assumed from AES that the structure of surface layer of samples treated with ODA is as follows: for lower ODA concentration: iron iron oxide | ODA layer with iron oxide; for higher ODA concentration: iron iron oxide|ODA layer with iron oxide|ODA layer|.
