摘要
在2A12铝带板类零件的机械加工过程中,保证零件精度的关键是解决好变形问题。通过对变形问题进行分析,结合实际生产中遇到的典型零件的变形规律,论述了几种减少2A12铝带板类零件机械加工变形的方法。
During machining the 2A12 aluminium parts,the key to keep precision is reducing deformation.Based on the analysis of deformation and the model parts in practice,this paper introduces several methods to reduce deformation during machining 2A12 aluminium parts.
