摘要
对由特殊曲线构成的回转体一般采用数控加工保证零件的外形精度,通过曲线方程与用户宏程序的有机结合,简化了曲线方程轮廓为椭圆、抛物线、双曲线等典型曲线方程的数控编程,提高了此类曲线轮廓的加工精度。
NC machining is generally adopted to ensure the contour precision for revolving body composed of special curves. The organic combination of curve equation and macroprogram simplifies the NC machining for typical curve equation of ellipse, parabola, hyperbola, etc. In addition, it improves the machining accuracy of such curve contour.
