摘要
报道了30%克·多·福大豆种衣剂的高效液相色谱分析方法,本方法采用异丙醇—水(每1000ml水+2ml氨水)为流动相,以200mm×40mm(id)不锈钢柱,内装Nova-pakC18填充物(5μm),在210nm波长下进行测定。方法回收率克百威、多菌灵、福美双均在98%~102%之间,标准偏差分别为024,013和020,变异系数分别为16%,26%和20%。
A analytical method for determination of active ingredients in a sample of 30%carbofuran-carbendazim-thiram SC for soybean seed coating by HPLC is reported.The sample is dissolved in methanol,the carbofuran,carbendazim and thiram in the sample is separated and detenmined using 200mm×4 0mm(id)S.S tube packed with Nova-pak C 18 ,2-propanol-water as a mobile phase ,and UV detector at 210nm.The recoveries of the method for carbofuran,carbendazim,and thiram are all in a range of 98%~102%.SD and Cv of the method for carfuran,carbendazim,and thifram are 0.24,1,6%,0.13,2.6%,and 0.20,2.0%respefively.
