摘要
基于2年多中哈管道计量运行数据的积累,本文探索了利用首末站计量差异对计量运行状态进行评价和分析的方法,为进一步探讨改进国际原油管道计量运行质量,减少计量误差奠定了基础。
Based on metering datum collecting over two years in Kazakhstan-China Pipeline,a method was introduced in this paper to analyse and evaluate metering operating state making use of metering result difference between starting and ending metering station on the Pipeline.It establishes the groundwork for improvement metering operating quality and grope for the method of reducing metering error on international crude oil pipeline.
