Review on Research Progress of β-lactams Residues in Animal-derived Foods

自1928年青霉素抗生素发现以来,β-内酰胺类抗生素已增至几百种,其品种和数量居各类抗生素之首。β-内酰胺类抗生素在食物源性动物体内残留,易使人类产生过敏反应和细菌耐药性,目前许多国家已开始严格监控β-内酰胺类抗生素在动物饲养过程中使用剂量和方法。为全面了解动物源性食品中β-内酰胺检测研究现状,本文详细介绍了动物源性食品中β-内酰胺类药物残留的样品前处理与检测方法研究进展。

β-Lactam antibiotics have been increased to hundreds of kinds since the penicillin has been found in 1928 with its kind and number being the first of all antibiotic.β-lactam antibiotics residues in animal-derived foods may result in human＇s allergic reactions and bacterial resistance.At present,many countries have begun to strictly monitor the dosages and procedures of β-lactam antibiotics in animal feeding.To thoroughly understand the research progress of β-lactams residues in animal-derived food,the status of the sample preparation and detection methods in animal-origin foods were carefully reviewed.
