PTA生产中Pd/C催化剂活性的研究

STUDY OF Pd/C CATALYST ACTIVATE IN PTA PRODUCTION

从统计工艺控制和质量控制的角度出发，研究了ＰＴＡ生产中所用的Ｐｄ／Ｃ催化剂的一个生命周期，分析了因催化剂活性降低产生的工艺变化对产品质量的影响。为了稳定ＰＴＡ质量。

From the viewpoint of statistics process control and quality control,we study one life cycle of Pd/C catalyst used in the PTA production,and analyse the influence of the process variation caused by reduction of the catalytic activate on the PTA quality.And in order to stabilize the PTA quality,a method to compensate the reduction of the catalytic activate is discussed in this paper.
