Transradial approach for percutaneous intervention in patients with coronary heart disease

目的 分析经桡动脉行冠心病介入治疗（PCI）的可行性和安全性.方法 回顾性分析我院500例经桡动脉途径完成PCI的临床资料.结果 经桡动脉途径行PCI治疗500例,桡动脉穿刺成功率99.7%,PCI成功率95.3%.结论 经桡动脉行PCI手术成功率与传统股动脉途径无明显差异,且并发症少,患者更乐意接受,值得推广.

Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of transradial approach for percutaneous intervention in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 500 consecutive cases were enrolled of CHD who underwent radial approach for percutaneous intervention. Results The successful rate of radial puncture was 99.7%, PCI was 95.3%. Conclusion Transradial approach for percutaneous intervention in patients with coronary heart disease is safe and feasible, and it is worthwhile to recommend.
